How does the technician get my keys?

When scheduling your service, there is a note section that you can fill out to let us know how to pick up your keys. Typically customers hide the vehicle keys nearby:
  • On the vehicles tire
  • In the gas cap
  • Under a flower pot or welcome mat
Or you can hand them directly to our technicians when they arrive at your house!  
How do you prevent against spills? What do you do with the waste?

The service is completely self-contained with a certified containment area. Any and all liquids removed from your vehicle are taken off site and recycled according to the applicable state laws. Each service is fully equipped with emergency spill clean up.   
What do we need when onsite?

To preform services safely and effectively, out technicians ask for:
  • A relatively flat hard surface
  • 2 feet of clearance around the vehicle 
  • A space to park out mobile service vehicle 
Otherwise, each mobile service vehicle is completely self-sufficient and carries it's own power, water, disposal, tools, and emergency supplies.  
When do you charge my credit card?

We send a link for payment once the service advisor is done finalizing all paperwork for the approved services.
